3. Pricing (INR)
All WarmOffice service prices are shown and charged in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Prices may vary by city, partner workspace, and plan. The amount payable is confirmed on the checkout page before payment.
- Mailing Address — typically from ₹8,000 / year
- GST Registration Address — typically from ₹12,000 / year
- Business / MCA Registration Address — typically from ₹15,000 / year
Student discounts or promotional coupons may apply when offered. Taxes (including GST), if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
4. Bookings and payments
By placing an order you confirm that the details you provide are accurate. Payment is collected through our payment gateway partners. A booking is confirmed after successful payment (or as otherwise stated during checkout).
5. Customer responsibilities
- Provide true KYC and business details when requested
- Use the address only for lawful business purposes
- Complete filings (GST, MCA, bank KYC, etc.) with your own CA / CS / advisor — WarmOffice provides the address layer and related partner documentation support, not legal or tax advisory
6. Partner workspaces
Physical addresses are operated by independent partner workspaces. WarmOffice coordinates booking, customer support, and documentation workflows. Partner house rules and local compliance requirements may also apply.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use WarmOffice services for fraud, money laundering, prohibited businesses, or any activity that violates Indian law. We may suspend or cancel service if misuse is suspected.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarmOffice is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, filing delays caused by incomplete customer documents, or third-party (government / bank / marketplace) decisions outside our control.
